Bentonite clay’s fine-grained structure is especially good for use in cat litter as it absorbs liquids and odours and rapidly forms clumps that owners can easily strain and remove from the rest of the litter – resulting in less wasted product and leaving it fresh & clean ready for its next use.  With active carbon for increased odour retention.  Activated carbon is a completely natural and incredibly porous material. Its micro-porosity acts like a sponge and a natural filter - attracting, binding, and absorbing bad smells and liquids.

The inner surface of carbon contains microscopic pores, which give each gram of activated carbon a surface area of 2500m2. This means 3 grams of activated carbon have an absorption surface as big as a football pitch!
